A big reduction in the Hajj package has been announced for the pilgrims going for Hajj this year Custodian Minister of Religious Affairs Aneeq Ahmed said that the Hajj policy has been approved by the Cabinet, and it has never happened that the upcoming Hajj is cheaper than the previous Hajj, but this year Hajj will be 1 lakh rupees cheaper than last year.

The caretaker religious affairs minister Aneeq Ahmed while announcing the Hajj Police said that last year’s Hajj expenditure was 11 lakh 75 thousand, this time we are giving a Hajj package of 10 lakh 75 thousand rupees. The caretaker religious affairs minister said that they are making arrangements ahead of time, and almost all the necessary work has been completed, they are also trying to get relief from the airline, if there is relief regarding the air ticket, then deposit the money in the Hajj account will be given.

This year Hajj will be digitized, and all 90 thousand pilgrims will be given suitcases with a QR code, this QR code will contain all the details of the Hajj so that the Hajj will not get lost. The caretaker religious minister said that there will be an app on the pilgrim’s mobile which will guide the pilgrim, even if the internet does not work, this app will work, and pilgrims will also be given 7GB data along with the SIM.

Hotel facilities Caretaker Minister of Religious Affairs Aneeq Ahmed said that it is your discretion to take a 2 or 3-bedroom room, if 2, 4 or 6 people want to stay in one room, the government will also provide them with this facility. He said that the stay In Madinah is usually 8 days, this is also left at the discretion of the pilgrim. If they want to stay in Madinah for 4 days instead of 8, they will also give relief. Aneeq Ahmed said that they are also giving a package for the short Hajj, the Saudi government has given a quota of 179 thousand 210, and we have allocated some seats on sponsorship, which has a 50% private quota.

He further said that Karachi has now been included in the Road to Makkah project, and work is being done to include Lahore in the Road to Makkah project. Caretaker Religious Affairs Minister Aneeq Ahmed added that if a pilgrim has any complaint, he will tell us immediately, this time some new things are coming up.
