During an informal discussion with journalists at Adiala Jail, Khan remarked that the recent Supreme Court decisions regarding specific seats have made everything clear.
He mentioned that even during the ongoing NAB amendments case, his requests for hearings were ignored.
He accused the authorities of trying to eliminate PTI and remove the party from elections, asserting that everything has now been exposed, and the veil has been lifted on their actions.
He stated that the Practice and Procedure Act violated democratic processes regarding case management.
Khan announced plans for protests, stating that there would be demonstrations in favor of judicial independence on Thursday, with his own protest on Friday and a rally in Rawalpindi on Saturday.
He warned that if permission for the rally is denied, they would protest nonetheless.
The former Prime Minister alleged that the subordinate judiciary is completely under control, and judges who do not conform are transferred.
