Karachi: Chairman of the Pakistan People’s Party, Bilawal Bhutto has demanded the immediate restoration of mobile phone and internet services throughout the country.
In a statement on the social communication website “X,” Bilawal Bhutto Zardari emphasized the need to promptly reinstate mobile phone services nationwide.
He stated that the party has been directed to approach the Election Commission and the courts to seek the restoration of mobile phone services.
Mobile phone services must be restored immediately across the country have asked my party to approach both ECP and the courts for this purpose.

It is noteworthy that due to security concerns during the 2024 general elections, mobile services have been temporarily suspended in various regions of the country posing difficulties for residents affected by the disruption.
The spokesperson for the Ministry of Interior highlighted that recent incidents of terrorism have resulted in the loss of precious lives. To maintain peace and security and counter potential threats, necessary security measures have become imperative.
