Furthermore, Barrister Ahsan and Barrister Khosa met with Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Bandial on Tuesday to discuss important legal matters. During the hour-long meeting, they briefed the CJP about constitutional petitions filed in the apex court concerning the fundamental rights of citizens and the supremacy of the Constitution. Ahsan also informed the CJP about his constitutional petition challenging the trials of civilians through military courts and urged the chief justice to prioritize the matter in the apex court.
In addition, Imran Khan, the Chairman of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), visited the house of the PPP leader to condemn a gun attack that took place.
