Govinda accidentally shot himself 

Actor Govinda of Bollywood suffered serious injuries when he unintentionally shot himself with his authorized handgun.

For medical assistance, he was hurried to the hospital right away. Mumbai Police said that the actor was hurt by his own handgun misfiring while in his possession.

In an emotional statement, Govinda’s wife Sunita, who was in Kolkata at the time, said, “I want Govinda to be my son in the next life.”

The media was reassured by Govinda’s manager that the actor is safe and doing well.

When the event happened, the 60-year-old actor and Shiv Sena leader was by himself at his Juhu home.

The actor has not filed any complaints, according to the police. After being brought to the nearby CritiCare Hospital, Govinda was released following medical intervention.

Shashi Sinha, the manager of the actor, clarified that Govinda dropped the revolver and unintentionally set it off when reassembling it in the cupboard.

“It’s God’s grace that Govinda ji only suffered an injury to his leg, and he is now feeling much better,” Sinha added. Action hero Govinda started his Bollywood career in the 1980s and went on to become one of the most popular actors of the 1990s.

His humorous parts brought him great acclaim in the mid-1990s.

He was renowned for his exuberant dance abilities as well.

But Govinda has been unable to produce a successful movie since 2007, which is why he hasn’t been seen on the big screen in a while.

In addition to his acting career, Govinda has been involved in politics, having once served as a Member of Parliament. He joined the Shiv Sena earlier this year.
