In an interview with Qatar’s Al Jazeera, Hezbollah’s media coordinator, Mohammad Afif, stated that all claims by the Zionist entity that its occupying forces have entered Lebanon are completely false and baseless.
Mohammad Afif further noted that there have not been any direct clashes between Hezbollah and the occupying Israeli forces in southern Lebanon so far. He emphasized that the Israeli claims are nothing but lies.
Hezbollah’s media coordinator responded to a question by stating that they are prepared to bravely confront any enemy forces that attempt or dare to cross the Lebanese border.
It is worth noting that Israel claimed its ground forces entered southern Lebanon with tanks, and that there were limited raids conducted in the area.
The Israeli military also claimed that they evacuated three villages in the suburbs and that military operations would continue until their objectives were achieved.
Meanwhile, Arab media reported that the Lebanese army retreated 5 kilometers in response to the Israeli military’s entry into the southern area.
