HMD Global is a brand which is heavily linked to the manufacturing of Nokia phones. It typically creates mid-range-series products but new leaks hint that the brand is currently involved in the development process of a high-end flagship, and reportedly the brand will name it “HMD Moon Knight. ”
Specifications of HMD moon knight
The HMD Moon Knight model TA-1691 will reportedly feature 1080p display with an alleged 144Hz refresh rate. The exact screen size is something still veiled in mystery, but the P-OLED panel will feature vibrant colors and punchier blacks. It’ll be powered by the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chip, an S-band variant just scaled down from the Snapdragon Gen 3 chip. This, for one, being an ‘S-line’ chip, still boasts performance akin to last year’s Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 and Snapdragon 8 Gen 2.
The Moon Knight supposedly features a quad-camera setup, and the design draws an inspiration from the Nokia Lumia line. POGO pins are to be featured, which in all probabilities, have been inspired by the design of HMD Fusion. These pins can allow modular customisation, so presumably users will be able to affix cases with additional functionality or other add-ons. In fact, it is also said to sport two speakers and an aluminum chassis. Once more, no details about its battery life, charging rates, and memory variants.
Once again rumors and leaks abound and we would know better the spec sheet for Moon Knight .
Mid-Range update: HMD Aura 2
In addition to the flagship Moon Knight, the HMD is also said to be working on a mid-range device, that is, the HMD Aura 2, being the successor to the original Aura. The new mobile phone will boast an increased display at a refresh rate of 90Hz, dual-camera system, 4GB RAM, and 128GB storage. The UNISOC T603 chip will be powering the device, thus making it quite a good choice for those in the midrange looking for really good value.
