Isolated rain, strong winds expected in Lahore and Punjab cities

According to the Meteorological Department’s forecast, the majority of Pakistan will have hot, dry weather in the upcoming days.

High temperatures and dry weather are predicted for the majority of the districts in Sindh, Punjab, Balochistan, and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, according to the most recent data.

It is also expected that Islamabad and the neighboring areas will continue to have hot, dry weather. In a same vein, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s plains will be hot and dry, while the higher regions may have partly cloudy skies but no rain. But the agency has also forecast rain in a few places.

In Murree, Galiyat, Jhelum, Gujrat, Mandi Bahauddin, Gujranwala, Sialkot, Narowal, Sheikhupura, and Nankana Sahib, gusty gusts and thunderstorms are predicted in addition to rain. Isolated showers may occur in Lahore, Kasur, Okara, Sahiwal, and Faisalabad accompanied by strong winds.

In Balochistan, the majority of districts are expected to remain hot and dry, mirroring the conditions in Sindh and Punjab.

For Gilgit-Baltistan, dry weather with partly cloudy skies is expected, while Kashmir may see rain, accompanied by gusty winds and thunderstorms, in a few areas.

Residents in the affected regions are advised to stay informed through local weather updates and take precautions, especially in areas where thunderstorms are anticipated.
