Capacity Building

  • Regularly review & update the performance concerning Program protocols & guidelines and ensure the application of these protocols in the desired manner.
  • Review SMZ work plans of all Project sites and conduct a comparative analysis in terms of increased access to services.
  • Regular check on issues and challenges faced by CoPC+ sites with Public sector facilities and propose strategies to mitigate the problems.

Field Visits

  • Ensure the quality of services provided by SMZ through field visits.
  • Client files consistency between hard & soft records (baseline investigation, ART registration records, ARV distribution logs, Service delivery sheet, advanced treatments including TB, HCV, and other co-infections)
  • Conduct periodical client feedback interviews on the efficacy of Plus component services and suggest measures for improvement.

Correspondence & Coordination

  • Close coordination with the M & E to verify the data quality, data management, tracking tools, and data synthesis in line with performance indicators.
  • Closely work with the MIS department for the development of essential reports of the Plus component.
  • Implementation of feedback and recommendations provided by the M & E department. (Quarterly)
  • Assist in the development of city-wise targets of Plus component services for each reporting period. (Bi-annual)
  • Participate in planning meetings and provide input on service planning for Plus component services.
  • Any other task assigned by the Supervisor.
