The founder of PTI, Imran Khan, has expressed his support for Justice Mansoor Ali Shah’s stance regarding the Practice Procedure Committee.
While speaking to the media from Adiala Jail, the PTI founder stated that the Supreme Court’s decision regarding specific seats has clarified everything.
He claimed that the Chief Election Commissioner is not only a biased umpire but that his team includes an opener batsman, with Qazi Faez Isa as the second batsman.
He accused them of conflicts of interest, suggesting that they desire a two-thirds majority for themselves and extensions for the umpires.
He alleged that Qazi Faez Isa was part of a “London Plan” and had committed fraud against the nation.
He mentioned that their petitions from May 9 and February 8 were not heard by Qazi Faez Isa, who instead reduced their four seats.
He accused the authorities of using every tactic to diminish their representation, claiming that none of their petitions are being considered and that everything has been exposed.
Imran Khan noted that Justice Munib Akhtar was removed without cause, which he described as an undemocratic attitude and a “one-man show.”
He commended Justice Mansoor’s correct stance on the Practice and Procedure Committee.
He stated that a “third umpire” is backing them, who will also be granted an extension.
He accused a group of conspiring against PTI, alleging that their attempts to eliminate the party and exclude it from the elections have now been revealed.

He criticized the Practice and Procedure Act, which he said was drafted by Qazi Faez Isa and then altered, alleging that the Chief Justice intended to establish his dictatorship through this legislation.
He asserted that this legislative action violated the democratic process for hearing cases and fully supported Justice Mansoor Ali Shah’s position on the Practice and Procedure Committee.
He announced plans to protest against attacks on the judiciary on Thursday, with a separate protest on Friday and a rally in Rawalpindi on Saturday.
He warned that if permission is denied, they will protest anyway, stating that the subordinate judiciary is completely under their control.
He claimed that judges who do not comply are transferred, and if a judge starts making decisions in the May 9 cases, he too will be replaced.
He further lamented that news about the appointment of the DG ISI makes headlines, stating that in any other country, military officer appointments do not receive media coverage.
He asserted that this only happens in Pakistan, where the military has no role in politics.
He described Pakistan as a fully police state, claiming it has become a form of martial law harsher than that of Zia or Musharraf, noting that during Musharraf’s era, large rallies were held without facing similar circumstances.
