Government Lowers Petrol and Diesel Prices Again.

Lower petrol prices: Petrol has been brought down by Rs. 2.07 per liter, with new retail selling price being Rs. 247.03. High-speed diesel: The rates were decreased by Rs. 3.40 a liter; hence, this specific fuel, high-speed diesel, stands at Rs. 246.29. Kerosene oil has been cut by Rs. 3.57 a liter. So, now kerosene oil will fetch Rs. 154.9 a liter. Light diesel oil was lowered to Rs. 140.9 a liter from Rs. 141.92. These rates have come into effect from October 1.

Rates for petrol had been brought down to Rs. 249.10 a liter and high-speed diesel to Rs. 249.69 a liter as the price was reduced by Rs 10 and Rs 13.06, respectively in the last review on September 15.
