Along with Hafiz Naeem-ur-Rehman, the Jamaat-e-Islami delegation included Liaqat Baloch, Nasrullah Randhawa, and Mian Aslam.
The purpose of the meeting was to request cooperation from all parties for joint efforts in addressing the current situation in the Middle East.
Hafiz Naeem-ur-Rehman expressed deep concern over Israel’s increasing aggression and recent actions in Lebanon.
He emphasized that, beyond all differences, we must unite for Palestine, as our bond with Palestine is long-standing.
He further added that PTI is a major party in Pakistan, and they initiated efforts from this point, with PTI agreeing to join the protest on October 7. We will record our protest in various parts of Pakistan.
PTI Chairman Barrister Gauhar said that a delegation from Jamaat-e-Islami visited today, and they discussed various matters. No amendments should be made under the cover of darkness, and we will present a unified stance to the public.
